Delivery & Returns


We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

Shipping Charges

FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE with purchases above RM100

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for orders qualified for FREE SHIPPING by either courier or our designated delivery vehicle / truck, especially for larger orders. Please do select POSLAJU as your shipping options if you expect to receive it earlier.

Purchases of less than RM100, will have two options to choose from for the shipping method, you may select Standard Parcel (with lower shipping rates) or POSLAJU (faster delivery).

FREE DELIVERY TO SINGAPORE with purchases above RM399

Shipping is done via Registered Air Mail and it is trackable and traceable. Delivery time frame of 4 - 8 working days is required.

Express Delivery via POSLAJU can be arranged upon request. (shipping charges may be higher).


Delivery Times

All paid orders made before 1pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day. 

Note: All prices quoted do not include any import duties or other taxes, which your respective country may impose on the merchandise and shall therefore, be fully borne or under the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Delivery Timeframe

International shipment delivery times vary greatly, and it depends on the customs agency of your country. We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping and goods ordered within the same invoice may not necessarily be dispatched together.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Haircareshop, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Purchases of hair care products may be subject to these import taxes, custom duties and fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Prohibited and Restricted Goods

Different countries have different list(s) of prohibited and restricted goods, please check and observe your local ‘custom’ clearance lists. Customers are solely responsible for checking to see if the item can be imported to the country prior to making a purchase transaction.

Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with whatever you have purchased from Haircareshop, kindly be informed that we do not accept any return from customer unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items or under certain criteria. (E.g.: out of stock, system auto reject, fraud, etc.)  

Please include your particulars like order number, product number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damaged) and a written reason for the refunds/exchanges  must accompany the returned goods.

You have 3 days to notify us and return the unused merchandise to us by mail within 7 days. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Any balance remain after exchange or return will only be refunded with online store member point.


Possible Issues

Out-of-Stock Order

Haircareshop works hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but availability of a listed item is subjected to change due to high-demand of the said item. In the event of ‘out of stock’ situation, Haircareshop will grant you a full refund inclusive of shipping charges.


Non-delivery of Order

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • •Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
  • •Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • •Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
  • •Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us using the contact us form and quote your order number. 

We'll reply within four hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.


Incorrect / Incomplete / Defected / Damaged Items

If you received your items that has been damaged or missing from order, kindly contact us immediately within 3 business days from receipt date.


Damaged items

For damages, please provide description and photos of the damaged item as well as the condition of any packaging and report to Haircareshop Customer Support at +603-2078 0188 or send email us using the contact us form. But please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped exactly as you received it for inspection. Our customer support will advise you the next step.


Missing items

For missing items, kindly make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. On occasion, small items are packed into other items to protect it from damaged during shipment. Please check the tracking status to confirm that all packages have been delivered with provided tracking number before you proceed filing a report with us.


Cancelling Orders

The processing orders at Haircareshop are run promptly to ensure you receive your items the soonest as possible. Therefore, no cancellation or change will be accepted once your order has been processed by us.


Exchange Policy

You can request for an exchange if the product is found to be faulty due to the reasons like product did not arrived; arrived damage; wrong product was delivered; product has expired; website error; out of stock situation; if you would like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we will send you a payment request for the difference.
